Privus Mobile ®  works on a variety of wireless smartphones; however, real-time Caller ID functionality (during the ring) requires simultaneous voice and data communications, which some phones and service providers don’t support yet. If you cannot receive simultaneous voice and data service, we recommend contacting your service provider about upgrading their capabilities/your phone so that you can take advantage of the latest mobile applications. Phones without simultaneous voice and data will display callers’ names and numbers after you hang-up or miss a call, so you can forward their info to your contact list automatically or with the push of a button.
