My first thoughts on this application. I am using it on my Blackberry. First, it is about time an app has come out like this. Being a software engineer myself, I have thought many times about attempting this, but could never find the time. I started the trial today, but from what I am seeing it is a good start. I do wish that it showed the name when the phone was ringing, but it is nice to know who is calling before I check voicemail (if they left one). The first time I tested this, I thought that it was not working and was a little disappointed until it popped up afterwords. The cost for the service is very reasonable, which one would find odd in when callerID is free with any land line service. I hope that it does meet my expectations, but it is already looking good. Good job. I am surprised everyone does not have this yet and I have just heard of it.

Thanks for the kind words. We are working directly with RIM developers to make our application function realtime on certain devices that will run the upcoming 5.0 OS. The devices that should work are the Bold, Curve 8900 over wifi, Storm 2, Bold 9700, and Curve 3G on AT&T and T-Mobile upon release. Keep an eye out for this, it should be by the end of 2009 if RIM can get this OS out and ready to go. http://www.privusmobile.com
