You won't get calling name during incoming calls on Sprint since they don't allow simultanous voice and data. You should still get a post-call response however. Open Privus Mobile, hit menu, then Debug Log. Reproduce the issue and then email the log to
logs@privusmobile.com (Log file is C:\Program Files\Privus Mobile\PrivusMobile_Log.txt). I will forward it to our developer to see what the problem is.
