I have a Pantech DUO, C810.
Software loaded, shows running. I have 3g, but it does not seem to work.. nothing happens when the phone rings..

I did verify it was running..

Please help to get this to work..

Ok, I got it to work, EXCEPT IF the phone "keypad LOCK" in turned on, it will NOT show the ID when the CALL comes in..

BUT IF the keypad LOCK is not enabled, the service works fine.. ?? Can anyone explain WHY, I need not KEYBOARD LOCK Anxious

Hi Batbat,

This is a problem several Pantech Duo users have been experiencing with multiple applications. There is currently a bug on the Pantech Duo that is causing this issue. Privus has been working with Pantech to somehow resolve the issue and an update to the phone's firmware will be released as soon as it has been fixed. We'll continue to keep you updated as to the status of this firmware update.

Unfortunately, this is a manufacturer problem so there's not much we can do on our end, but please know that we are working with Pantech to fix this issue as soon as possible.

This is correct. Our developers know of the issue and we are working on an update for our next version that should alleviate this in case Pantech does not comply fast enough.

I cant get my service to work at all on the Samsung Omnia. The customer service rep forwarded this to someone and have not heard anything. the application communicates with their server and that's the last I've heard.

Please await our next release, it should be out within the end of next week. This should fix many issues with various devices, including the Omnia.
