If you upgraded to an iPhone 3GS and you previously subscribed to iPrivus, you will need to contact us with the info listed below in order to handle your device switch. iPrivus follows the device, not the phone number. Please send this information to

Copy of iTunes receipt: (screenshot or fax)


How to find iPhone UDID:

1. Start iTunes on your computer
2. Plug in iPhone
3. Click on “Serial Number”

a. The text should switch to “Identifier (UDID): 213324xxxxxxxxxxxxx394535345dgfkfsdgkfsd”

b. This long alphanumeric ID is what we will need. (circled in red)
